Julia and Andrew were married in front of many friends and family at Plainfield United Methodist Church. They included many family and friends in the ceremony, from the Matron of Honor who sang during the Unity Candle ceremony, to the minister who married them… the father of Julia’s Best Friend.
After the ceremony, we headed to Martha’s Orchard in Clayton. Julia and Andrew had a casual, relaxed reception with corn hole, vollyball, and hayrides. Unfortunatly the rain put a damper on the outdoor activities, but there were still several brave guests that headed outside anyway. By the end of the night, the rain had stopped and hayrides and corn hole was well underway.

And the Music Video……….

Thank you both for including us in your day. We had a great time. We wish you the best and a great first Thanksgiving as a married couple!!
Allison and Joe were married at Holy Trinity Catholic Church. They had an absolutely gorgeous day for a wedding (you never really know about the beginning of September). The temperature was perfect……like God made the day just for them.
When we first met with Allison and Joe just a few days before the wedding, we found out that he would be dressed in his Navy Whites. We just absolutely love it when the groom is in uniform. There is something about a man in uniform. Brandon says that every woman, young or old, completely lights up when she sees a man in uniform. I never really noticed until we did a few military weddings where the Ushers, dressed in uniform, would extend an arm to seat the ladies and the ladies always look at them, smile and get this twinkle in their eyes. Well, I totally got off of Allison and Joe’s wedding……sorry about that! Joe looked handsome in his uniform too. He told us that it would be the first time that his family had seen him in uniform. I’m certain they were impressed as well.
And of course Allison looked gorgeous, but you can see that for yourself in the videos!
After the ceremony, we headed to the circle with the photographer and the wedding party. Of course going out in a public area like that, we always hear “congratulations!” This time however, we had people on the street stop us and ask Allison and Joe if they could take a photo. It was great!
Then we headed to Hillcrest Country Club for the reception. Allison and Joe were able to take time visiting with their guests since people came from all over the country to share in their day. I’m sure that everyone appreciated that very much.
