Andrea and James exchanged vows and celebrated their Wedding Day at two of our favorite venues in the city. They were married at St. John’s Catholic Church in downtown Indy….a family tradition. It was great seeing James’ family again (we also shot his sister Lindsey’s wedding a couple of years ago…..also at St. John’s).
After the ceremony, the wedding party hopped on the trolley/bus to head to the reception at the Grand Hall-Union Station. The place looked magnificent. Guests were treated to several buffet stations where we had to option to have freshly prepared pasta, a potato bar, roast beef station, and more.

We traveled to southern IL for Sarah and Kyle’s wedding on November 1st. This was the 3rd wedding that we were privileged to shoot for Kyle’s family. We absolutely LOVE his family and will dearly miss seeing and working with them every couple of years.
At the ceremony, the church was filled to overflowing. They were married at First Christian Church in Christopher, IL. This was the first time that we met Sarah. She is a beauty. Sarah and Kyle are such a cute couple…..a perfect fit for each other.
After the ceremony, we headed north to the Holiday Inn in Mt. Vernon. The one thing that still sticks out in my mind from the reception is Kyle’s brother’s (and Best Man) toast. He told many stories about Kyle, but Bill told about going to the jewelry store to pick up his own wife’s engagement ring (married in 2005). Kyle went with himand when Bill walked out of the back room, he saw Kyle talking to the other jeweler and looking at rings. When Bill asked him what he was doing, he said “I don’t know.” Bill said that Kyle already knew then that he what he found and would marry Sarah.

We just received a phone call from a production company looking for bloopers or funny moments from wedding videos for the Wacky Weddings 4 to air on TLC. We used to receive these phone calls quite frequently, but it’s been a while since we’ve heard from anyone. I told the man on the other end of the phone that we didn’t have any clips that I could think of, but if you had something in your wedding video that was funny or unusual (I can’t recall anything from the past year……and we would never submit anything without consulting with our clients anyway) and you’d like to submit it for consideration for the show, just contact me and let me know. I can try to contact the show’s producers again.
Because of the snow that we received this morning that is currently drifting, we have decided to cancel the Open House once again. Let’s try again next week!
If anyone was planning to attend, just give me a call or shoot me an email and we can set up another meeting time.
